I'm creating a gentle space for people who have been carrying emotional pain, grief, life changes, or something they haven't been able to fully release.
The sessions are quiet and deeply personal. You don't need to know exactly what you need to say or explain everything. We simply begin where you are and allow the conversation to unfold.
I'm offering a small number of complimentary Founding Sessions while I refine this experience.
